How we look at a piece.
It is not an open box or a catalog photo. It is a list, always the same, piece by piece.
What we check
Bezel, dial, markers, case, bracelet, clasp. In that order, every time. If something is off, the piece does not ship.
How we show it
Photo and video of the real piece, under a loupe. No retouching. If a photo shows a flaw, it stays.
What we do not do
We do not buy lists. We do not ship anything you have not seen. We do not promise timelines we do not control.
